If you purchased a live performance in your home, with Rev solo or with a larger ensemble: some stipulations do apply.
◦ Performance must be at a private residence and is a "not for profit" event. (ie: no ticket sales, no selling of food/bev)
◦ Unless otherwise agreed upon when scheduling the performance location must be within the immediate Philadelphia area (within a 45 minute drive from 19118 zip code).
◦ Performance location should have a piano on-site that has been tuned in the last 6 months.
◦ Performance must be on a date that is mutually agreed upon within twelve (12) months of purchase, and must be occur within eighteen (18) months of purchase.
◦ Performance cannot be on any major holidays (ie: Valentine's Day, New Years Eve) and performance can be rescheduled without notice at the musicians request due to illness or if unexpected travel logistics interfere.
◦ Purchaser assume any and all liability for all situations that occur involving scheduled performers beginning when they arrive on site and ending once they leave your property.
We try to do a few donations a year and these stipulations help ensure that everyone who purchases a live performance will get the chance to appreciate live music in their house while supporting their favorite charity at the same time.
